  • Strategic Accounts Manager (Full Time)

    Job Overview

    As White Space’s Strategic Accounts Manager, you will be an integral part of the fast-moving White Space US team and be accountable for your strategic accounts. You will build your own network, based on your existing rolodex and relationships. You will personally foster relationships with new prospects, to meet our sales revenue and profitability targets. You will also help convert leads to deals coming from Marketing and Sales pipelines. 

    You will work with customers to ensure their satisfaction from lead creation to final production, making sure they have everything they need, thus improving our customer satisfaction and retention.


      • Lead our sales efforts in key US territories, including lead and opportunity generation.
      • Identify & chase potential deals and relevant projects, identify the main stakeholders related to the deal and act upon them successfully.
      • Convert leads to bids, build relationships with hospitality owners, designers, architects, developers and purchasing firms.
      • Develop close relationships with customers, and trade partners, own the relationship with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
      • Master conversion rates from bid to deal, work closely with our Estimation Manager to ensure client expectations are met.
      • Assist in bid preparation and identify possible gaps before they occur.
      • Delivering winning presentations, working directly with clients to creatively solve their concerns or objections.
      • Participate in industry events and online gatherings to bring deals to the table and establish collaborations.

      Minimum qualifications:

      • Experience in the B2B hospitality industry in Sales / Account management / Business Development positions
      • Resides and/or has proven business relationships with interior designers, purchasing firms and other hospitality stakeholders, preferably in one of the following territories:
      • Las Vegas
      • Los Angeles
      • San Francisco
      • Denver
      • Houston
      • San Antonio
      • Austin
      • Dallas
      • Phoenix
      • Orlando
      • New York City
      • Atlanta
      • Chicago

      Preferred qualifications:

      • Experience working in a small hungry business – a big plus!
      • Background in Interior Design / Architecture – a plus
      • Background in Project Management / Millwork / Furniture Manufacturing – a plus
  • FF&E / OS&E Project Manager (Part Time)

    Job Overview

    White Space is looking for an experienced, capable and responsible Project Manager, with proven work experience in an office environment to manage FF&E, Millwork & OS&E projects diligently and efficiently. This is a part-time position in the US - Reno Office / L.A. Office. 

    White Space actively manages the global manufacturing of interiors for the hospitality industry, providing high-end custom-made furniture, casework and architectural finishes. From the Ritz-Carlton to Disneyland California, industry leaders trust us with complex projects requiring creative problem-solving across the entire sourcing and manufacturing ecosystem. White Space is an international company with various locations worldwide. We pride ourselves in utilizing vendors and servicing customers around the globe. Main duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Review, analyze and assess project and customer specific needs
    • Manage start-to-finish fabrication projects and document progress
    • Engage with factories and team overseas, plan project scope, schedule, resources and cost
    • Collaborate with Sales team on bid opportunities


      • Collaborate with Sales on project estimates to assure accuracy and timely submission
      • Collaborate with Customers to develop project SOW, submittals of finished samples & final shop drawings
      • Create and track project plan, including plan for budget, resources and schedule
      • Collaborate with project team to set up a ‘can do’ work environment and clear direction
      • Work with various project vendors to execute the project to meet customers’ needs
      • Execute assigned project management tasks and consult with management regularly
      • Work diligently, responsibly and in a timely manner to meet hard deadlines
      • Provide quality product and service, while maintaining a positive customer experience at all times
      • Create and submit project documentation on time and provide proactive correspondence
      • Manage customer’s accounts during and after project end
      • Availability to collaborate with international customers, vendors and team members
      • Travel may be required to oversee complex projects’ progress and outcomes
      • Participate in Company events and tradeshows, as needed

      • At least 5 years’ experience as administrator or project manager, working in the Construction, Hospitality, Retail, Interior design / Millwork industry
      • BS/BA Degree with an emphasis in interior design or construction- preferred
      • Project management certification - preferred
