Strategic Accounts Manager (Full Time)
Job Overview
As White Space’s Strategic Accounts Manager, you will be an integral part of the fast-moving White Space US team and be accountable for your strategic accounts. You will build your own network, based on your existing rolodex and relationships. You will personally foster relationships with new prospects, to meet our sales revenue and profitability targets. You will also help convert leads to deals coming from Marketing and Sales pipelines.
You will work with customers to ensure their satisfaction from lead creation to final production, making sure they have everything they need, thus improving our customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead our sales efforts in key US territories, including lead and opportunity generation.
- Identify & chase potential deals and relevant projects, identify the main stakeholders related to the deal and act upon them successfully.
- Convert leads to bids, build relationships with hospitality owners, designers, architects, developers and purchasing firms.
- Develop close relationships with customers, and trade partners, own the relationship with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Master conversion rates from bid to deal, work closely with our Estimation Manager to ensure client expectations are met.
- Assist in bid preparation and identify possible gaps before they occur.
- Delivering winning presentations, working directly with clients to creatively solve their concerns or objections.
- Participate in industry events and online gatherings to bring deals to the table and establish collaborations.
- Experience in the B2B hospitality industry in Sales / Account management / Business Development positions
- Resides and/or has proven business relationships with interior designers, purchasing firms and other hospitality stakeholders, preferably in one of the following territories:
- Las Vegas
- Los Angeles
- San Francisco
- Denver
- Houston
- San Antonio
- Austin
- Dallas
- Phoenix
- Orlando
- New York City
- Atlanta
- Chicago
- Experience working in a small hungry business – a big plus!
- Background in Interior Design / Architecture – a plus
- Background in Project Management / Millwork / Furniture Manufacturing – a plus

Project Manager (Full Time)
Job Overview
As a Project Manager in White Space, you will manage your projects’ execution, design, production management and logistics from contract signing to final delivery, overseeing all projects tasks. You will build relationships with clients and monitor projects’ budget & profitability. You will get into the details of product descriptions and sketches, to ensure every project is finished on time, on budget, and to spec. You will also support sales and post-sales efforts, providing professional guidance and design materials to push sales forward.

What are we looking for?
White Space is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible Project Manager with hands-on experience in the construction / interior design arenas to serve a pivotal role in delivering outstanding projects to our customers. This is a full-time position in the Reno, NV office.- Work diligently, responsibly, in a timely manner and to customer’s satisfactory at all times
- Manage projects End-to-End, from sales process to final delivery.
- Review, analyze and assess customer needs, and provide top-notch service.
- Plan projects’ scope, schedule, resources, and cost, and create project folder & documentation.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internally & externally (suppliers, logistics etc.)
- Supervise project progress during production, shipment & delivery.
- Support sales activity through Model rooms production & design materials creation
- Monitor project estimations and profitability, ensure project revenue and profit goals are met.
- Solve problems, create risk analysis and alternative plans to improve the project scope.
- Cultivate client relationships, monitor clients’ satisfaction, and guide them throughout the process until reaching the finish-line successfully
- Assist the company’s senior management in different Projects tasks
- Collaborate with our production team on daily tasks and needs and cultivate excellent office relations and communication.
- Handle, optimize and oversee project related logistics (e.g. package labeling, packaging, international shipments, custom handling, logistics/duty rates, shipment tracking and delivery follow-up, etc.)
- A driving desire to “be better every day” for yourself, your team, and our customers.
- A close eye for detail and the time management skills to handle multiple projects at once and perform under tight schedules.
- Skillful millwork/woodwork project manager
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a millwork project manager for the manufacturing and supply chain management industries
- Knowledge of estimating, fabrication and install techniques
- Willing to travel to China (~2 times a year) and in the US to meet with customers
- Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
- Great teamwork skills, a true collaborator
- Detail oriented, extremely organized, and yet flexible to change
- Worked in construction, hospitality, retail and or commercial spaces industry
- Experience/willing to work with imports, working with Asia and other locations outside the US
- Technology driven – AutoCAD, Plan Swift take-off, Dynamics CRM system, Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project), Outlook and SharePoint
- Familiar with AWI
- Project management certification – advantage
- Associates Degree, Engineering Technology or related degree preferred (Minimum educational qualification: high-school diploma)
